First of all, they were such industrious and competent workers, completing our job in about nine hours flat. We were also thrilled with how neat they were: not one shingle or scrap or old nail was found, and our yard was left neat as a pin. Most importantly, your staff was extremely clean, courteous and friendly—the kind of men you feel you can trust in your home. Their careful and professional attitudes made a lot of difference. 
Our new roof is beautiful, functional, and has already stood the test of heavy rains. It has also resolved almost all of the channeling problems of our old roof, and the huge puddle that always appeared outside our back door after a shower has disappeared.
